My email client cannot be configured to use a SSL encrypted connection. What should I do?

We support connections without SSL as well.

Leave the box "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)" empty in your mail client configuration.

A SSL encrypted connection is not a requirement on our server but it is a highly recommended option to secure the outgoing mail.
