What is the maximum size of a message I can send?

Secure SMTP server allows a message of any size to be sent. Most mail servers' preferences are configured to a 50 Mb size limit. Thus the server recipient can refuse to accept your email, so we recommend not increasing this limit.

Note: When a message is encrypted, the message size could double or triple depending on the content and attachment type(s).

Technical Tip: Compress your emails when you send a large amount of data.
