My email was successfully sent but the recipient has not got it. What's happened?

During mail delivery the mail is relayed from one mail delivery agent to the next, until it finally arrives at the recipient.

For some reason the recipient's mail server is offline or is temporary unavailable.

 

The SMTP Server will attempt to re-deliver the message every 2 hours for 3 days until delivered. You will be notified by email about the delivery status of your email. The mail delivery status is also available for preview in the Control Panel.
