I'm sending an email and getting an error "555: Access from this e-mail is not authorized. Please use registered e-mail address". What's wrong?

If you are getting error 555 described on Picture1 below please check the email 'FROM' address in your e-mail client to ensure it is entered correctly according to the registered SMTP account.

Secure SMTP server authenticates your account for outgoing e-mail (SMTP account) based on your e-mail 'FROM' address, SMTP User Name and SMTP Password. If the authentication is successful the server will forward your email to the next mail delivery agent. SMTP server parameters such as e-mail 'FROM' address, SMTP User Name, SMTP Password can be changed in the Control Panel. Every attempt to send email from your account is recorded and stored in a log file. Unmatched SMTP account's parameters will block the email delivery.
